We are excited to announce that we have exchanged contracts with Lidl GB to take a lease of one of our retail units at 50 High Street, Sheffield.
The unit Lidl will occupy is in a prominent location on the High Street and we believe their arrival will drive up footfall to the building, providing a boost to our existing occupiers, as well as increasing the attractiveness of a proposed redevelopment of the upper floors. It is anticipated that the new Lidl store will be open and welcoming customers in early 2023.
