Tellon Capital are delighted to annouce their latest acquisition of Chineham Shopping Centre for a sum in the region of £60m. We will explore the opportunities present which we believe to be under-developed from a retail perspective, but with an excellent demographic and catchment. The existing scheme is anchored by Tesco Stores, M&S Foodhall, Matalan, Poundland and Boots with a further 25 unit shops & 850 free car parking spaces all sitting within 18.66 acres site.

Tellon have so far had a busy 2017 acquiring in excess of £60m of new office and retail assets, including 40-48 Broadway in the heart of Victoria.

The property comprises three buildings extending to approximately 72,000 sq ft of office accommodation. Tenants include INTU Shopping Centres PLC, Dawbell Limited and the Institute of Fundraising.

The acquisition reflects the diversity of Tellon’s portfolio and its continuing ability to secure high quality real estate with significant upside potential.

Harpur Centre, Bedford – New Acquisition

Tellon Capital have acquired The Harpur Centre in Bedford. The property is located in the heart of Bedford within close proximity to the new Riverside North residential and leisure development scheme.

The property comprises a modern covered shopping centre totaling 217,029 sq ft (20,163 sq m) of commercial space situated on a 3.6 acre site.
