40 Broadway, London – Topping Out Ceremony

We’re excited to have reached a major milestone at 40 Broadway – topping out. To mark the occasion a ceremony was held on the buildings highest point with guests enjoying panoramic views of London’s iconic landmarks including St James’s Park, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.

There were speeches from Graham Sturge, CEO, and Ian Hopkinson, Executive Director, of RED Construction and from James Burchell, Co-Founder and Partner at Tellon Capital. The final part of the ceremony involved the traditional concrete pour and ceremonial steel signing by all of the attendees.

Harpur Centre, Bedford wins REVO Award

The Harpur Centre won a REVO Award – Best Marketing Campaign of the Year – Shoestring Winners for the excellent Wishing Tree Campaign!

The Wishing Tree is a fantastic campaign which saw 50,000 gifts delivered to underprivileged children around Bedfordshire in time for Christmas. Putting the community at the heart of what we do at the Harpur Centre has always been the top priority for us and it’s great to be acknowledged by the REVO team.

It really is a testament to the hard work of the whole centre team that we have won this award and we continue to look for new ways we can give back to the community.

Tellon fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Society

After conquering the Yorkshire Three Peaks last summer the Tellon team decided to up the ante this year and will be taking part in two events to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

The team will be dusting off their walking shoes again this year and will be trekking our way through London as part of the iconic Trek26 challenge which will see us walk a marathon distance of 26 miles around London’s most iconic sights in one day. For the second challenge the team will be taking to the water and kayaking down a stretch of the River Arun in Sussex to test our skill on the water and our buoyancy!

We would be really grateful for any support and donations as we embark on these challenges to support our 2019 chosen charity, the Alzheimer’s Society.

Tellon Capital are pleased to announce the internal promotions of Marcus Mann and Nick Wells to the position of Senior Asset Managers. Since they joined Tellon in 2017 Nick and Marcus have helped grow Tellon’s portfolio and continued to successfully implement the core business strategy within the existing portfolio.
