16 Eastcheap – Works Progressing

Tellon are excited to see the progress being made by Collins Construction on our development at 16 Eastcheap. We have stripped the building back for a full modernisation and extension to create 36,000 sqft of Grade A office accommodation with flexible retail and restaurant uses on the ground and lower ground floors. With the old roof removed we can really appreciate the exceptional views that the proposed roof terrace will have of the City skyline and the River Thames. The scheme was granted planning permission in October last year, designed by Gpad Architects and managed by Savills, completion planned for Q4 2020
