58 East Street, Chichester – Sale Completed

Tellon is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of 58 East Street, Chichester. As part of our business plan, we secured vacant possession from the previous tenant and obtained planning permission to convert the upper floors to residential use. We subsequently sold the upper floors to a developer with the benefit of the consented planning and they created three residential apartments.

We retained the ground floor and leased the space to coffee shop operator, 17 Grams, on a 10-year lease ensuring a strong and sustainable income stream.
