96 Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells – Sale Completed

Tellon is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of 96 Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells. As part of our business plan, we secured vacant possession of the whole building from the previous tenant and undertook landlord works to split the ground and basement from the upper floors. Once the works completed we leased the 2,513sqft ground and basement to a Burger King franchisee on a 15 year lease. We then sold the building with the benefit of this letting in place and the 2,605sqft vacant self-contained upper floors to allow a purchaser to undertake a development scheme.
