Another great result for Tellon!

Last night Kingston’s Development Control Committee decided unanimously to support our proposals to redevelop 11-13 Thames Street in the heart of Kingston town centre. The proposed development seeks to retain the Listed façade with a new five storey development of a modern design proposed to the rear, the scheme will create a new retail unit at ground floor with 26 one and two bedroom flats above. The proposed development will really enliven this neglected area of Bishops Hall and provide a better connection to the River Thames and riverfront restaurants adding to the vibrancy of this area of the town centre. We very much look forward to bringing this development forward.
