Planning Permission granted at Watford Junction

Tellon is starting 2021 with some good news, we have secured planning permission for redevelopment of Cassiobury House, Watford Junction.

The existing building will be replaced with two linked buildings to create a new 168 bedroom Premier Inn with a restaurant and circa 54,000 sqft of new high quality office accommodation. The two buildings will vary in height extending up to 13 storeys and will be served by a basement level car park. The office accommodation will further benefit from a roof terrace with far reaching views across Watford.

The scheme will be a great addition to Watford Junction, the quality design proposals prepared by Corstorphine + Wright have been ratified by Watford’s new Place Shaping Panel.
