Revised Bargate Quarter Scheme Receives Unanimous Support

We are pleased to confirm our third major planning consent during lockdown and our second planning success this year. Last night Southampton Council voted unanimously in support of the revised proposals for the Bargate Quarter. After receiving consent in late 2019 the scheme has had to respond to the drastic market changes and will now comprise a residential led mixed use scheme of 519 flats and townhouses and 2,515sqm of commercial space.

The scheme continues to celebrate the heritage of the site and will bring the Old Town Walls back into the public realm. We are now nearing completion of our archaeological works and look forward to commencing construction later this year.
