Rose Portfolio Retail Success

We are delighted to announce that we have let all our retail units within the Rose Portfolio, with recent new lettings to Søstrene Grene, Cool Britannia, Santa Nata and Acuitis, in the prime retail locations of Kingston, Oxford and York. 
 
Despite the challenges and criticism retail has faced in recent times, we are seeing a continued improvement in the sector, particularly for retail in prime locations and from what we are seeing currently we believe the future is bright. We are actively looking for retail investment acquisition opportunities in locations like the Rose Portfolio and would welcome introductions.
